About Deposits...
I accept non-refundable deposits on specific puppies once they are 4 weeks old. The deposit is applied to the purchase price. The puppies may have visitors once they are 4 weeks old. That makes it possible for someone to visit the litter and select a puppy based on personality. A visit is not required and I will accept a deposit on a puppy without a visit. Since puppy temperament and ensuring a good match with the goals and lifestyle of the puppy owner are of the utmost importance, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and refund your deposit if, in my best judgement, the puppy you have picked is not a good match for your living situation or lifestyle. This is unusual but it can happen. There is a written deposit agreement that we both sign.
If you see a puppy marked RESERVED, it means that someone has placed a non-refundable deposit on that puppy. Sometimes I hold specific puppies back while deciding whether to keep the puppy myself. These pups are marked PENDING and may become available at a later date. I don't make my final decision until the puppies are at least 8 weeks old, sometimes much older than that, so I sometimes have older puppies become available. So check back on those - or get on my email list.
Puppies go home when they are at least 8 weeks old (I prefer 9 weeks), after the structural evaluation, CAER (eye) exam, well puppy exam by the vet, first vaccination(s), and temperament testing are complete.
